After my first album
“FLIGHT TO THE DREAM, ONE WAY”
here is my first EP! “EUROPEAN SUITE” The theme is once again travel; a suite of five brief movements, five original compositions for small ensembles of guitars and violins played again by me. A journey across Europe through the distant echoes of these lands and the reminiscences of some of its most outstanding composers, such as Albéniz, Sibelius, Bach, and Mozart, whose vibrations seem to resonate eternally in the mid air. The intention is also to pay them humble homage. It starts from Spain by attempting a bit to evoke the Andalusian and gypsy spirit of “Cantes Chicos” such as “Las Bulerías,” also belonging to the “Cante Jondo” family, until arriving in Austria via France, and a London-Leipzig flight. The suite concludes with the fifth movement, which is the homecoming, and which with some melancholy attempts to carry with it the many emotions of the journey. “FLIGHT TO THE DREAM, ONE WAY”
ecco qui il mio primo EP! “EUROPEAN SUITE”. Il tema è ancora una volta il viaggio; una suite di cinque movimenti, cinque composizioni originali per piccoli ensemble di chitarre e violini interpretate sempre da me. Un viaggio per l’Europa attraverso gli echi lontani di queste terre e le reminiscenze di alcuni dei suoi più eccelsi compositori come: Albéniz, Sibelius, Bach e Mozart, le cui vibrazioni sembrano risuonare eterne a mezz’aria. L’ intento è anche quello di rendere loro umile omaggio. Si parte dalla Spagna tentando un po’ di evocare lo spirito andaluso e gitano dei “Cantes Chicos” come “Las Bulerías”, appartenenti sempre alla famiglia del “Cante Jondo”, sino ad arrivare in Austria passando per la Francia, ed un volo Londra-Lipsia. La suite si conclude con il quinto movimento che è il viaggio di ritorno a casa e che con un po’ di malinconia tenta di portare con sé le tante emozioni del viaggio. La chitarra usata per le registrazioni è sempre la mia Ramirez Classe 1a 1988 e il mio violino di liuteria Cremonese modello del Guarneri del Gesù 2017. I’m so happy because my first album is finally out!
“FLIGHT TO THE DREAM, ONE WAY,” takes its name from my third single; a journey for me that’s both introspective and physical (a flight at a cruising speed of 98 BPM Andante;). It’s now available on all digital platforms. This album is the fruit of so much passion, the intensity of which was expressed through a guitar and a violin, translating experiences and visions into sounds. I oversaw all the recordings, audio mastering, and artwork for these compositions, and each individual track was recorded live. It was recorded with a 1988 Ramirez Classe 1A, and the two pieces for guitars and violins were recorded with a 2017 Guarnieri del Gesù violin from Cremonese lutherie. Sono felice perché è finalmente uscito il mio primo album discografico!
“FLIGHT TO THE DREAM, ONE WAY” che prende il nome dal mio terzo singolo; un viaggio per me tanto introspettivo quanto fisico (un volo a velocità di crociera di 98 BPM Andante;). È da ora disponibile su tutte le piattaforme digitali. Questo album è frutto di tanta passione la cui intensità è riuscita a trovare espressione attraverso una chitarra e un violino, traducendo vissuti e visioni in suoni. Di queste mie composizioni ho curato tutte le registrazioni, il mastering audio, la copertina e ogni singolo brano è stato realizzato in presa diretta. È stato registrato con una Ramirez Classe 1A 1988 e i due brani per chitarre violini, con un violino di liuteria Cremonese modello Guarnieri del Gesù anno 2017. My second single, “CREATIVE MOMENT N. 5,” has just been released on all digital streaming platforms. It’s also a contemporary tribute to Niccolò Paganini, whose music was one of the main reasons I discovered the violin, an instrument that, along with the guitar, accompanies me on all my travels
È appena uscito su tutte le piattaforme digitali di streaming, il mio 2° singolo; “CREATIVE MOMENT N. 5” che è anche un omaggio in chiave contemporanea a Niccolò Paganini, la cui musica è stata uno dei motivi principali del mio avvicinamento al violino, strumento che insieme alla chitarra, mi accompagna in tutti i miei viaggi

I’m pleased to announce that my first single, “IN THE BRIGHT BLUE,” has just been released and is available on various digital platforms. “IN THE BRIGHT BLUE” is an inspired song born from a dreamy and contemplative journey of mine through pristine nature, framed by “the great blue” (the Sky). I dedicate it to those who, looking up at the Sky, get a little lost, to those who have taken a little piece of the “great blue” to keep with them
Ho il piacere di annunciarvi che è appena uscito il mio primo singolo “IN THE BRIGHT BLUE” (nel brillante blu), disponibile sulle varie piattaforme digitali. “IN THE BRIGHT BLUE” è un brano ispirato che nasce da un mio viaggio sognante e contemplativo di una natura incontaminata, la cui cornice è “il grande blu”, (il Cielo). Lo dedico a chi, volgendo lo sguardo al Cielo, un po’ si smarrisce, a chi, del “grande blu”, ne ha preso un pezzettino per tenerlo con sé
